Santa Cilia de Panzano belongs to the
Casbas de Huesca county (together with Junzano, Labata, Panzano and Sieso de Huesca). It is situated in the Parque Natural de la Sierra y los Cañones de Guara, one of the most beautiful and extraordinary areas in Aragón in Nothern Spain.
There is a wonderful balcony, built in the resting area facing the Comedero del Quebrantahuesos, where you can see the vultures eating.
You can visit one of the three Centros de Interpretación Altos de Guara a private institution where you can find further explanations on traditions and curious things about the Sierra de Guara.
It is a must to visit the Vultures Museum, situated in the top floor of the XVII century church, where you will find all kind of information about these weonderful birds.
The area where these two cottages are placed allow the visitors to doo plenty of outdoorsactivities sucha as trekking, hiking... The best hiking route is the Pico de Guara climbing which losts 3,5 hours or walking down the Formiga river canyon.
